Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant at Showtime Auctioneers. The role is located in Fort Worth, TX, with some work-from-home options available. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks such as administrative assistance, phone etiquette, communication, executive administrative assistance, and various clerical duties. Responsibilities include scheduling appointments, managing communications, supporting executives, and maintaining office organization.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Effective Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Proficient Clerical Skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus

Pay Range

  • $45,000 - $65,000
