Pay: $44/hour (Straight Time), $66/hour (Overtime)

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect and prepare aircraft powerplants for installation in compliance with FAA and manufacturer standards
• Diagnose aircraft systems, components, and engines to determine required repairs and modifications
• Perform repairs, installations, and complex modifications on airframes and engines
• Use precision tools and testing equipment to replace or repair defective parts
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation
• Keep assigned tasks up to date and maintain current training status
• Participate in regular training and development opportunities

Qualifications:

• FAA A&P Certificate required
• Minimum 3 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, repair, or modification
• Solid knowledge of aircraft systems and components
• Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and engineering drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Must pass background check and drug screening
