Job Description

Technical Source is looking for Cleanroom Assembly Technicians to join our client's team in Durham, NC. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity, that converts to a direct-employee at 6 months! This is a great environment that promotes from within, and plays a critical role in pharmaceutical manufacturing within the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs), cleanroom protocols, and safety guidelines to ensure product integrity.
• Clean and maintain cleanroom workstations and tools in accordance with established procedures.
• Accurately document production data, batch records, and inspection results.
• Assist in inventory management and stock rotation of cleanroom materials and supplies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required; technical training or cleanroom experience preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience working in a cleanroom or manufacturing environment (biotech, pharma, or semiconductor industry a plus).
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures precisely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Comfortable working in a cleanroom gowning environment with strict cleanliness standards.

Working Conditions:

• Must wear cleanroom attire (gown, gloves, mask, etc.) for extended periods.
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
