Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for the Men's Soccer Assistant Coach, at Cerro Coso Community College in Ridgecrest, CA. The Assistant Coach will be responsible for assisting the head coach in all aspects of the men's soccer program. This includes planning and conducting practices, developing game strategies, mentoring student-athletes, and ensuring compliance with college and league regulations. The Assistant Coach will also help in scouting, recruiting, and coordinating travel arrangements for the team.
