Assistant Community Manager
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading property management company to fill their open Assistant Community Manager job in Fort Collins, CO. To qualify, you must have least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.
This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $23.00 and $24.00 per hour. During the temporary period, you will be able to sign up for LHH’s benefits programs (details below). When you are converted to a permanent employee, you will be eligible for this company’s benefits programs.
Responsibilities:
-Providing excellent customer service to residents
-Facilitating move-in and move-out processes
-Coordinating community events
-Conducting property tours and assisting with lease applications
-Maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations such as HUD, LIHTC, etc.
-Monitoring occupancy rates
-Collaborating with maintenance staff to complete work orders
-Assisting with rent collection
-All other related tasks as required
Qualifications:
-At least two years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
-Fluency in Spanish preferred
-Previous experience in affordable housing preferred
-Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Excellent organizational skills
-Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
-Hourly rate between $23.00 and $24.00
