Job Title – Associate Attorney

Location: San Antonio, TX (On-Site)

Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 (DOE)

Start Date: Immediate (hiring within the next week)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle a variety of litigation matters with an emphasis on commercial real estate, property tax litigation, commercial/business law, and corporate law (including M&A).
• Take and defend depositions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Manage client communications and provide high-quality counsel.
• Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex matters.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (required).
• Minimum 1+ years of litigation experience (general litigation acceptable).
• Deposition experience strongly preferred, especially for junior candidates (1–2 years).

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between [$80,000 – $110,000 annually]. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
