Job Description

We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with at least 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in negligence defense, including trip-and-fall cases, personal injury matters, labor law, or professional malpractice. Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of defense litigation, including case investigation, legal research, drafting pleadings, and motions.
• Conduct depositions, court appearances, and mediations.

• Manage a caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and maintain a strong focus on client service.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to practice law in New York State.
• At least 5 years of experience in defense litigation, preferably involving negligence, personal injury, labor law, or professional malpractice cases.
• Strong analytical, research, and writing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle a diverse caseload and work both independently and as part of a team.
