Job Details:

  • Job Type: Full-time
  • Schedule: Day shift (7:30 AM – 5:00 PM), 4 weekdays plus Saturday
  • Work Location: In-person

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5 years of automotive service management (Required).
  • Strong process focus—excellent phone skills, customer rapport, visual demonstrations of needed repairs, offering payment options, and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—must think like an owner, be good with numbers, and be a quick learner.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the automotive service store, ensuring high-quality vehicle maintenance and repairs.
  • Manage service technicians, providing guidance and support in automotive diagnostics and repair tasks.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
  • Prepare accurate auto estimates and service writing for customers.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
