As a Baker or Pastry Chef, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, ensuring every bite is a masterpiece. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts to perfection.
- Following recipes and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation.
- Managing inventory and ensuring freshness of ingredients.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to meet daily production goals.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in baking or pastry creation.
- A self-driven, motivated, and trustworthy attitude.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work from 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM —early mornings are your time to shine!
