Castell Rooftop Lounge

As a Barback, it will be your mission to support the bar team in a speedy, professional, and effective manner to ensure they have everything they need to serve customers. In addition, as a member of the service team, you help ensure that food, drinks, and service consistently follow Castell's standards.

What we're looking for:

• Understands restaurant operations and service
• Keep the bar stocked, organized, neat and clean 
• Prepare garnishes, refill ice wells, restock supplies 
• A positive attitude; you tackle every task with a smile
• Team player; you have your team's back, and they have yours
• The ability to learn quickly
• A good sense of humor
• The ability to be flexible
• Must be at least 18 years old

Who is Castell Rooftop Lounge?

Evocative of the 1960s, with a bit of a Mad Men vibe, Castell’s beverage menu celebrates the iconic Martini and its various incarnations. Creative cocktails are based on the classic drinks of yore, served up with a twist of trend.
