Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative
Location: Bonita Springs, FL
Duration: 4 months
Compensation : $17/hr to $20/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 1st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Insight Global is looking for an inbound call center representative to support an accounts receivable management company in Bonita Springs, FL. This person is required to work onsite Tuesday-Thursday and remote Monday and Friday. The Call Center Representative will handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller.
