Contract: 6-Week Contract (extension possible) | W2, Contract Role

Location: 100% Remote (Telecommute)

Pay Rate: $19/hr W2

Job Description:

Our client is seeking skilled Customer Service Representatives to provide support for patients across New York City. This role requires compassionate, detail-oriented professionals who can deliver excellent service while assisting patients with medical scheduling and healthcare needs.

Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls and provide quality customer service support
• Assist patients with scheduling medical appointments using EPIC software
• Follow workflow tools and enter data accurately into client systems
• Maintain adherence to scheduled hours and attendance expectations
• Participate actively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused service

Requirements:

Mandatory:

• 1+ year of customer service experience (telephone-based preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow workflows and schedules
• Compassionate, patient-centered communication style
• Reliable team player with consistent attendance
• Personal mobile device (cell phone or tablet) required for multi-factor authentication
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Training & Schedule:

• Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm EST (no time off permitted)
• Post-Training: Minimum 3 weeks nesting period, same schedule as training
• Work Hours: 40 hours per week within 7 days a week, 9:00am–9:00pm EST
• Shifts may include weekends; 4/10 schedules available (limited Mon–Fri 9–5 shifts)
