Bilingual Customer Service Specialist

Our client, a world leader in the packaging industry, is currently seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join their team! The primary responsibility as a Customer Service Representative includes; assisting customers in all spare parts related matters, carrying out necessary functions and correspondence of department to achieve timely, and satisfactory customer service.

Job Type: Direct Hire

Location: Whitsett, North Carolina, 27377

Compensation: $21/hour

Schedule: Monday – Friday with 8 hours between 7:30am -6:00pm, flexible work schedule to meet 40 hours a week

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer emails, phone calls, and/or web chat.
• Monitor overall customer satisfaction levels.
• Process customer quotations, orders, and invoicing for individual Spare Parts and machine project kits.
• Update company databases for machine projects kits.
• Proactively providing updates to customers (part availability, past due reports).
• Prepare and oversee import and export documents (domestic and international).
• Provide excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Perform duties and assignments as directed by manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Written and Verbal Communication of English and Spanish required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• SAP experience is a plus.
