Job Description

Vaco Atlanta has partnered with rapidly growing company in Decatur, GA in their search for a Bilingual HR Manager . This is a DIRECT HIRE opportunity which requires in-office work. Only candidates who live in the metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia, USA area will be considered since in-office work is required.

Responsibilities:

• Manage new hire onboarding and orientation
• Oversee payroll
• Handle benefits administration
• Develop HR policies and procedures
• Manage sourcing and recruitment
• Establish performance management programs
  

Requirements:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish
• Must have at least 3 years of HR management experience
• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business or HR preferred
• SHRM Certified Professional preferred
• Multi-location experience is preferred
• Must be a team player with strong collaborative skills
• Must possess strong problem-solving skills
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
