Charlotte Bilingual Preschool (CltBP) is looking for passionate, mission-driven Preschool Teachers who are excited to support the school readiness of Spanish-speaking children through high-quality, dual language early childhood education.

We’re not just a preschool—we’re a movement. As North Carolina’s only 5-star licensed dual language preschool program, we’re building a national model that integrates families, culture, and language into every child’s early learning journey.

What You’ll Do:

As a Preschool Teacher at CltBP, you’ll create a warm, culturally responsive classroom environment that fosters language development, academic readiness, and family engagement. Key responsibilities include:

• Plan and deliver weekly lessons using research-based dual language practices
• Embed family values, culture, and home language into daily routines and curriculum
• Use assessment tools like Teaching Strategies GOLD and DECA to track child progress
• Differentiate instruction to meet individual learning needs
• Partner with families through home visits, conferences, and regular communication
• Collaborate with Family Educators, therapists, and school leadership
• Stay up to date on best practices through ongoing professional development

What We’re Looking For:

We’re seeking educators who are collaborative, reflective, and committed to equity in education. Ideal candidates have:

• Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field (or equivalent credential)
• Bilingual fluency or proficiency in Spanish or English, with conversational ability in the other language
• Experience working with children in a group setting
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for working in diverse, multicultural environments
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
