$70M Home Services Beast | Florida HQ | Run It Like You Own It  

Lickety Split AC Plumbing & Electric isn’t your average contractor. We’re a $70M+ juggernaut built in 2 years and scaling hard. HVAC, Plumbing, Drains, Septic, Electrical—we do it all. And we do it fast, loud, and profitably. 

We need a General Manager who can do more than “manage.” You need to own it—culture, cash flow, gross margin, growth, people, and performance. This isn't a clipboard job. It’s war. 

🎯 Your Mission:  

• Drive KPIs like your paycheck depends on it—because it will. 
• Lead 200+ superstar across five trades while keeping gross margins tight (55%+) and net margins rising. 
• Enforce systems (ServiceTitan, Slack, CBC, Rilla AI, financing workflows, installing dashboards, accountability boards—you will use them all). 
• Scale to $100M+ run rate, with Plumbing and Electrical doubling under your watch. 
• You make hard decisions when necessary. If someone isn’t meeting the standard, you address it directly and take action to protect the team’s performance. 

💪 You Must Be:  

• An operator, not a delegator. You live in numbers, move fast, and fix what is broken. 
• Addicted to KPIs. Sales close %s, lead turnover, GM %s, collections—all of them. 
• ServiceTitan fluency. Not optional. If you need training, keep scrolling. 
• You lead with confidence and clarity. You earn respect by setting the standard—and people know they can count on you to make the tough calls. 
• Ready to earn $400K+ bonus upside based on EBITDA, growth, and gross margin targets. 

🧨 Bonus Points If:  

• You’ve scaled a trades business past $50M. 
• You’re a PE-backed operator who knows how to make deals, close loops, and prepare for exit. 
• You’ve turned around failing divisions and made money doing it. 
• You’ve made tough calls early in the day—and still had time to redesign the process and move the team forward by evening. 

📍 Location:  

Jacksonville, Florida – In person. No remote. We run this place hands-on. 

💰 Compensation:  

• Base Salary: $200K+ 
• Weekly Bonuses
• Performance Bonus: $200K+ tied to EBITDA, margin, and revenue growth
