In this role as our Brand Ambassador, your primary objective will be to educate and promote pest control solutions through direct marketing and face-to-face interactions designed to help families relieve their pest control issues in a safe, timely, and reliant manner. You will take part in collaborating with our marketing and brand strategy teams designing new opportunities to reach out to the surrounding communities, and serve as an in-house resource to our corporate partners. You will also work cross-functionally with the Customer Service and Sales departments to develop programs, initiatives, and campaigns that contribute to the overarching goals of the company. To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone that considers themselves an aspirational, confident leader that thrives in team settings and is looking for a career opportunity with the potential to grow into a management role.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the direct connection between the local community and our Marketing and Brand Strategy teams
Drive sales and increase brand awareness through informative and engaging product demonstrations
Execute all field market activities with a high degree of professionalism and integrity in accordance with our company values and guidelines
Must be exceptionally well-versed in the product knowledge including, but not limited to, memorizing different pest control services, pricing, and technician availability
Actively engage in training sessions and partner with senior management to identify and evaluate opportunities for improvement in the marketing, outreach, and sales methods
Monitor individual weekly performance and track the number of customers met with, presentations delivered, and sales closed
