Job Description

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our De Beers London’s flagship store in The Houton Galleria. You will drive sales performance across all categories, cultivate strong client relationships with existing clients, create new relationships and work to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets. You will embody the prestige and elegance of De Beers London in every aspect of the selling ceremony by acting as an ambassador and deliver unparalleled service and expertise to our discerning clientele.

Key responsibilities:

  • Introduce the Brand to all visitors and explain its history to new clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional product and diamond knowledge.
  • Maintain thorough, accurate, and accessible client information.
  • Nurture long-term client relationships, engaging them with events and new products.
  • Develop strong negotiation skills to ensure sales closure.
  • Act as an Ambassador for the Brand, providing prompt, attentive, and courteous service.
  • Engage clients both online and offline to ensure maximum engagement.
  • Ensure the store atmosphere and merchandising reflect the Brand's essence.
  • Maintain vigilance regarding store security.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Adapt to business needs and priorities.
  • Share knowledge and experiences to benefit overall sales and Brand development.
  • Maintain vigilance to ensure the safety and security of staff and products.

The base salary range for the position is $53,500 to $63,500 USD annually + plus bonus and commission plan.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in the local language and fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages (e.g., Chinese, Arabic) are a plus.
  • Proven record of delivering fine jewellery sales results, result-oriented with commercial acumen and a strong knowledge of the luxury retail industry.
  • Inherent interest in the jewellery industry which drives your passion for excellence.
  • Take full responsibility for performance and client satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
  • An effective and clear communicator with clients and team members, ensuring everyone understands the brand's vision and objectives.
  • Excellent presentation skills, making complex information accessible and engaging.

  • Able to use a POS system, competent technical skills to support efficient business operations.
