Job Description

The Brewery Area Manager at Church Street Brewing Company is responsible for overseeing the operations of designated regions, participating in the development and execution of strategic plans, and ensuring optimum customer service. This position is pivotal to the company’s growth and success, as it directly impacts our goals and targets. Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive business growth by identifying opportunities and building relationships with key stakeholders – both within and outside the company.
  • Manage all aspects of brewery operations in assigned areas, including brewing, packaging, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans consistent with company goals and locally relevant market dynamics.
  • Supervise a team of cross-functional professionals, providing leadership and direction to foster growth, motivation, and commitment within the team.
  • Monitor and maintain the highest standards of safety and sanitation across all operational aspects.
  • Work closely with the sales team to optimize the market presence of our products.
  • Generate reports regular reports on regional performance and present them to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales and Marketing, or related field; Master’s Degree would be a plus.
  • Five or more years' experience in a similar role in the Brewery or Beverage industry.
  • Excellent knowledge and appreciation of the Brewery industry and its products.
  • Strong project management skills with proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Effective leadership skills with an ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
