Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst based in the US, preferably based in Atlanta to work closely with customers and internal teams to define requirements, improve processes, and support the successful implementation of our software solutions. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of business and technical requirements. The Business Analyst will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, ensuring efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Gathering & Analysis: Work with customers to collect, document, and analyze business requirements for software implementation projects.
  • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in customer workflows and recommend solutions that leverage Racami’s technology.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with project managers, developers, and quality assurance teams to ensure clear communication and successful delivery of projects.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Create detailed documentation, including business requirements, user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
  • Customer Support: Assist customers in defining and refining their business rules to optimize the use of Racami’s software solutions.
  • Testing & Validation: Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide feedback to development teams to ensure the software meets business needs.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for customers and internal teams regarding project requirements and progress.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 3+ years in business analysis, preferably in software implementation, IT consulting, or related fields.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of customer communications management (CCM), print & mail, or document processing is a plus.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze complex business problems and propose effective solutions.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical Aptitude: Comfortable working with software solutions, workflows, and automation tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Analysis Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or Agile Business Analyst certifications.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum or other Agile frameworks.
  • Familiarity with CRM & Project Management Tools: Experience using tools like Jira and Smarsheet.
