Role Description
This is a full-time remote/hybrid role for a Business Development Representative based within 20 miles of Wake Forest, NC (occasional office visits required). You'll drive inside phone sales by cold-calling new hospital accounts, targeting OR directors and sterile processing leaders to pitch our comprehensive cleaning and disinfection programs, qualify leads, and close deals using consultative techniques. Track activities in Zoho CRM and collaborate on outreach strategies to hit quotas.
Qualifications
- 2+ years in medical sales (e.g., infection control, OR equipment, or perioperative services) with a track record of exceeding commission-based targets
- Strong phone-based lead generation and B2B sales skills, especially engaging healthcare decision-makers
- Excellent communication and rapport-building abilities
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Zoho a plus)
- Self-motivated for remote work with solid organization and time management
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, or related field preferred
- Passion for infection prevention and patient safety
