Based in Mesa and expanding into Texas, we’re a fast-growing, values-driven team known for hands-on expertise, clear communication, and an unwavering focus on doing the job right the first time—for our clients and everyone who depends on their buildings.

What We Do

We partner with general contractors, owners, architects, and manufacturers to:

  • Consult on enclosure design, detailing, and constructability
  • Test in the field (water/air infiltration, mock-ups, diagnostics, and verification)
  • Train teams through practical, real-world courses that raise the bar on quality and safety
Why We’re Unique & Dynamic
  • Field-first DNA: Our consultants are on site, solving real problems—no ivory tower.
  • Proven playbooks: Clear QA processes and checklists that translate to reliable outcomes.
  • Training that sticks: Teach-back culture and skills leveling keep teams sharp and accountable.
  • Growth mindset: We’re scaling into new markets and investing in people who want to lead.
  • Client trust: We’re the call when performance and schedule genuinely matter.
What You’ll Do

This role blends new business development, client relationship management, and proposal coordination. You’ll connect with new and existing clients, sell our full suite (training, testing, consulting), and move opportunities from first contact through proposal.

  • Cold call and reach out to new leads and past clients to identify upcoming project opportunities
  • Engage with current clients about additional or repeat work
  • Develop and nurture relationships that drive repeat and referral business
  • Manage your sales pipeline in HubSpot CRM from outreach to close
  • Coordinate proposals, pricing, and follow-up communications
  • Represent Field Verified at conferences, trainings, and client events (travel required)
  • Collaborate with leadership and marketing to refine outreach and messaging
What We’re Looking For
  • 2+ years in business development, B2B sales, or account management
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (required) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Demonstrated success in cold calling, networking, and closing
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel for conferences, trainings, and client visits
What We Offer
  • Base: $60,000–$65,000 per year (DOE)
  • Bonus: Performance- and revenue-based
  • Benefits: Health, dental, vision; PTO and company holidays
  • Growth: Real advancement in a company that values initiative, integrity, and impact
