Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for procurement and supplier management? Join our team as a Buyer - Aerial Work Platforms (AWP) , where you’ll lead sourcing initiatives, manage key supplier relationships, and drive cost optimization across global projects.

What You’ll Do

• Manage assigned commodities and vendor base within the AWP scope.
• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with global guidelines.
• Lead sourcing efforts for new and existing components to improve cost and quality.
• Conduct cost breakdown analysis and market evaluations.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supplier terms.
• Support new product development and cross-functional project launches.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to resolve supplier issues and drive improvements.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years of strategic purchasing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Purchasing, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables/charts, data validation).
• Experience with procurement processes and supplier qualification.

Nice-to-Haves:

• International mindset and intercultural experience (Europe, Asia, Middle East).
• Background in mechanical/materials or industries like automotive, heavy equipment, or construction.
• Familiarity with KPIs and structured corporate environments.
