Pharmacy Technician – Boulder, CO

Contract-to-Hire | $24.00–$27.00 per hour

Various Shifts:

  • Monday - Friday: 6am-2:30pm shift
  • Monday - Friday: 9: 30am-6:00 pm shift
  • Monday - Friday: 11:30am-8:00 pm shift

Lakeshore Talent is thrilled to partner with a leading healthcare organization in search of skilled and motivated Pharmacy Technicians to join their team in the Gunbarrel neighborhood of Boulder, CO. Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately prepare and fill prescriptions under the supervision of a licensed Pharmacist.
  • Operate and monitor advanced robotic dispensing systems to maintain speed, accuracy, and safety.
  • Uphold all drug storage, security, and compliance protocols.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving, organizing, and logging pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact between customers, healthcare providers, and pharmacy staff.
  • Maintain precise documentation of patient profiles and medication plans.

Qualifications

  • National Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) required.
  • Active Colorado Pharmacy Technician License or Registration (provisional license acceptable).
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with pharmacy software systems and accurate data entry.
  • Strong multitasking, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Solid understanding of pharmacy terminology and mathematical calculations.
