This is not a traditional Chief of Staff role. You will be embedded at the core of the business, helping lead mission-critical initiatives across all business units - from marketing and client acquisition to operations and financial performance. You will work in lockstep with a high-performing, owner-operator founder who expects precision, speed, and leadership at scale.

We’re not looking for someone who has only worked in law, big tech, or cushy startup ecosystems. This role is for someone who has worked shoulder-to-shoulder with a hard-charging founder or CEO - someone who knows how to win in resource-constrained, high-accountability environments where outcomes, not optics, drive success.

What You’ll Own

Founder Enablement & Strategic Execution

  • Convert high-level ideas into clear, actionable plans with timelines, KPIs, and accountable owners
  • Serve as a gatekeeper, sounding board, and sometimes proxy for the Founder
  • Prepare for, attend, and drive follow-through from key strategic meetings

Operational Alignment & Accountability

  • Drive alignment across core functions including marketing, business operations, finance, and client services
  • Implement and track quarterly priorities and KPIs
  • Ensure communication loops are tight, clear, and closed

Project Leadership & Business Problem Solving

  • Manage high-leverage projects that touch multiple departments
  • Identify breakdowns before they become bottlenecks
  • Build systems and dashboards that enable better, faster decision-making

  • You’ve worked with elite founder-CEOs and understand how to navigate fast-paced, high-stakes environments
  • You move between strategy and execution without friction — 30,000 feet to ground level in the same conversation
  • You execute at the top 1% — fast, accurate, and fiercely accountable
  • You think like an owner, not an employee
  • You’ve never needed layers of support to get results
  • You’ve worked in mid-market ($150-$400mm revenue) companies

Compensation

  • $250K+ base, depending on experience
  • Performance-based incentives tied to outcomes
