About True Path Wellness

True Path Wellness, LLC is a mission-driven mental health practice dedicated to serving marginalized and underserved communities. We are building a brand-new clinic and preparing to launch in January 2026.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Clinical Director to help lead our clinical team, develop operations, and supervise licensed and prelicensed clinicians and graduate interns. This person will play a key role in shaping the practice and ensuring high-quality, culturally responsive care.

What You’ll Do

Recruit, hire, and supervise a team of therapists, interns, and clinicians
Provide clinical supervision and oversight in accordance with licensure regulations
Oversee documentation, billing, and insurance processes
Develop and implement clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
Monitor quality of care, client outcomes, and compliance with ethical and legal standards
Support community outreach and growth of client caseload

What We’re Looking For

Licensed in Georgia (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT)
Supervisory experience with prelicensed or licensed clinicians or interns
Administrative and leadership experience in a mental health or behavioral health setting
Passion for serving diverse and underserved populations
Strong organizational, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Credentialed or paneled with major insurance networks (e.g., BCBS, Medicaid, commercial payers)
Existing client caseload or demonstrated ability to bring clients to a new practice
Malpractice insurance required

Work Arrangement

Flexible contract (1099) position
Hybrid work: some in-office and some remote responsibilities
Specific schedule to be discussed during interview

Start Date

Paid start-up work begins: December 2025
Official practice launch: January 2026
