**Seeking an Oncology Clinical Research Coordinator / Oncology Clinical Research Nurse in Santa, Maria CA** MUST HAVE YEARS OF ONCOLOGY EXPERIENCE

We are seeking an Oncology CRC/ CRN to join our growing team, overseeing cardiology research studies in Santa Maria CA.

Position Overview

• The CRC /CRN collaborates with the Research Institute Division Manager, Principal Investigators, and key stakeholders to plan, coordinate, implement, and complete clinical trials and research projects. You will oversee complex studies in cardiology, provide direct patient care, and serve as a role model for research nursing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage research studies focused on complex medical conditions, particularly in cardiology.
• Provide direct patient care under research protocols in collaboration with the PI and healthcare team.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
• Coordinate study activities from initiation through close-out, including patient recruitment, informed consent, data collection, and reporting.
• Process laboratory specimens per study requirements.

Qualifications

✅ 3-5 years of Clinical Research Coordinator / RN experience
