Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) is required
• Must have hands-on experience with:
• Prescreening and participant eligibility checks
• Informed consent process
• Screening, randomization, and study visits
• Taking vitals (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, heart rate)
• Performing ECGs
• Drawing blood (phlebotomy)
• Processing and shipping lab samples
• Pharmacy dispensation and accountability (including inventory, temperature logs, and IP reconciliation)
• Comfortable supporting clinical trial start-up tasks , such as regulatory binder preparation and patient scheduling
• Proficient in data entry and using electronic data capture (EDC) systems

Skills & Attributes:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation and compliance skills
• Effective communicator with excellent patient interaction skills
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment
• Familiar with GCP, ICH, and FDA regulations
