Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key clinical customers within the Perioperative portfolio, offering clinical expertise.
  • Support sales professionals by identifying suitable cases for evaluations and guiding clinicians throughout procedures while advocating for the company’s technology.
  • Conduct clinical needs assessments, oversee product conversions, and provide ongoing support through in-servicing and troubleshooting.
  • Gather and share customer insights to contribute to the development of marketing strategies, tools, and sales plans in collaboration with the sales team.
  • Stay informed on trends in hemodynamic monitoring, enhanced recovery, and goal-directed fluid therapy, as well as competitive market dynamics, through active participation in relevant associations.
  • Keep up to date with evolving standards, recommendations, and guidelines from influential associations.
  • Leverage evidence-based research to provide clinical practice recommendations to customers.
  • Ensure timely and efficient completion of administrative tasks, including expense reports, communications, conference participation, market research, competitor analysis, and CRM documentation.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of 5+ years of clinical experience, preferably in a critical care setting.
  • Extensive knowledge and expertise in critical care practices.
  • Highly self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to leverage evidence-based practices to influence and enhance clinical outcomes.
  • Strong team player with the ability to work both collaboratively and independently.
  • Innovative mindset with a solutions-oriented approach.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
  • Willingness and ability to travel 70–80% of the time.

Education

  • Registered Nurse preferred
