Commercial Lines Account Manager - Hybrid/Remote - Hawthorne, CA
An established independent insurance brokerage is searching for a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their team! This agency has two decades of industry success and highly focuses on creating a supportive environment for its employees and ensuring every client feels valued!
The Fun Stuff:
- Annual salary of $70,000 - $100,000, with additional commission opportunities
- Hybrid work schedule or the option of working fully remote

Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Property & Casualty license
- Experience: 4+ years of commercial lines account management
- Agency Management Systems: Applied Epic
- Book of Business Management: Efficiently manage an existing portfolio of commercial accounts
- In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures
The Position:
- Responsible for staying in direct contact with clients and providing excellent customer service
- Prepare and provide quotations for both new and existing clients
- Consult with clients on coverage options and offer the most appropriate coverage for the client
- Responsible for marketing new and renewal business
- Developing and maintaining relationships with carriers
- Initial review of policies and preparation of coverage breakdowns
- Responding to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters
- Work closely with underwriters to facilitate the issuance of insurance certificates
- Assisting in the gathering of renewal exposure information with the producer
- Performing other job-related duties as assigned
