Job Description

Arineta is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Commercial Operations Analyst to support sales execution, operational workflows, and commercial intelligence across our North America team. This role sits at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success—managing our core sales technologies, assisting with market targeting and performance tracking, and owning critical processes like customer invoicing.

You’ll work directly with Arineta leadership and play a key role in helping us bring our advanced Cardiovascular and Thoracic CT imaging solutions to more healthcare providers and patients. This is a high-impact, high-visibility position with a strong career trajectory into Sales Operations, Commercial Strategy, or Customer Success leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Technology & CRM (Salesforce, MedScout, ZoomInfo):

  • Maintain Salesforce dashboards and ensure pipeline data accuracy
  • Manage lead sourcing and account enrichment via ZoomInfo and MedScout
  • Build account segmentation reports, territory planning tools, and ICP lists
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for commercial technology vendors—coordinate renewals, troubleshoot issues, and ensure tools are fully utilized by the team

Commercial Analytics & Sales Reporting:

  • Track pipeline velocity, opportunity creation, and conversion metrics
  • Support weekly sales reporting and QBR preparation
  • Assist with win/loss tracking and sales performance analysis

Customer Invoicing & Revenue Operations:

  • Prepare and manage customer invoices in collaboration with Finance
  • Monitor invoice status, resolve discrepancies, and maintain audit logs
  • Coordinate with field operations to align delivery timelines and billing

Team Enablement & Support:

  • Support new hire onboarding (tools, CRM access, process guides)
  • Assist with internal sales training and tool optimization
  • Serve as go-to resource for the field team on process and system support

  • Automate ICP account list creation using ZoomInfo filters and MedScout overlays
  • Build a dashboard that visualizes deal velocity and average sales cycle length
  • Create an invoice tracker with automated reminders for overdue accounts
  • Prepare performance and market targeting slides for a regional QBR

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Analytics, or related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, sales analytics, or business support
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems
  • Experience with tools like ZoomInfo, MedScout, Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail, follow-through, and communication skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and curious—you seek out ways to improve
