You’ll report directly to the Regional Manager and oversee an Assistant Property Manager, maintenance team, and vendor network. Duties:

• Overseeing the daily operations of all assigned retail properties.
• Preparing budgets and accurately assessing common area maintenance (CAM) increases.
• Bidding capital improvements, analyzing proposals, and ensuring timely completion.
• Conducting inspections and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
• Managing tenant communications, along with correspondence with maintenance and vendors.
• Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.
• Collaborating with legal teams to handle evictions and other legal matters effectively.

To meet the basic qualification for this role, you will have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship. In addition, to be a good fit for the Commercial Property Manager opportunity, you will have:

• At least 5 years of commercial property management experience
• A bachelor's degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Proficiency in property management software, ideally Yardi
• Strong communication skills
• The ability to foster effective relationships with team members, tenants, and vendors
• A positive, can-do attitude
• A valid driver's license, and a good driving record

Although not required, a real estate license and experience in retail commercial property management will give you a competitive edge.
