Insight Global is looking for a Compensation Analyst to join their team for a direct hire opportunity. This candidate will be responsible for analyzing and reporting on compensation programs within our healthcare system. This role involves ensuring that our compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and aligned with our organizational philosophy and goals.
