Job Description

Vaco Atlanta is working with an impressive client in Dunwoody, GA in their search for a Compensation Analyst. This is a DIRECT HIRE position. This position requires in-office work; therefore, only candidates who live in the Atlanta, GA metropolitan area will be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Help design incentive-based compensation models
• Collaborate with HR to adjust pay structures
• Analyze and summarize data to identify trends
• Participate in surveys and identify best practices
• Collaborate with payroll, HR and finance teams
• Provide executive reporting and audit materials

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics or HR is strongly preferred
• Must have STRONG Excel skills (inc. Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPS, Index/Match) and the ability to analyze large data sets
• Must possess 2 years of experience analyzing compensation or payroll information
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Exposure with incentive models is preferred
