Compensation Consultant
NYC – Upper West Side
Hybrid - 3 days onsite
$40–$45/hr
Our client, an iconic mid-sized organization located on the Upper West Side, is seeking a Compensation Consultant to lead compensation strategy, enhance rewards programs, and ensure compliance with evolving regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage compensation programs and policies
- Analyze market data to ensure competitive, equitable pay
- Support HRBPs with compensation decisions (hiring, promotions, adjustments)
- Oversee salary surveys, compliance audits, and policy updates
- Deliver training and support on total rewards strategy
Qualifications:
- 5–7+ years in compensation strategy and analysis
- Strong Excel and data skills; knowledge of comp laws & pay-for-performance
- Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement
- CCP or SHRM certification a plus
