Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager with a proven track record of successfully delivering dealership, automotive, and warehouse construction projects. The ideal candidate will take full ownership of project delivery, managing all aspects from preconstruction planning through final closeout, while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless coordination and execution from preconstruction through completion.
  • Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost controls, adjusting plans as needed to meet project objectives.
  • Coordinate closely with clients, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on project goals, milestones, and quality standards.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications, construction standards, and safety protocols.
  • Implement and enforce company and regulatory safety standards on all job sites, promoting a culture of safety and accountability.
  • Identify potential project risks and challenges, develop mitigation plans, and proactively address issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, track progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation for internal and client review.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to field staff and junior project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project team.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, construction best practices, and regulatory changes impacting dealership, automotive, and warehouse construction projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in dealership, automotive, or warehouse construction projects.
  • Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulatory requirements relevant to dealership, automotive, and warehouse facilities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide diverse project teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and resources across multiple simultaneous projects.
  • Proficiency with project management software and tools, with the ability to leverage technology to streamline project delivery.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring trust, transparency, and high levels of satisfaction.
