Construction Project Manager - Ground-Up Multi-Family (Block & Plank)

We're seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead block-and-plank multi-family developments across NYC. This role is for an experienced builder who can manage large-scale residential projects from preconstruction through closeout. You'll oversee daily field operations, coordinate trades, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure top-quality, code-compliant delivery.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all phases of ground-up residential projects, from shovel to TCO
* Lead subcontractor coordination, scheduling, and critical path management
* Serve as primary liaison with ownership, architects, engineers, and inspectors
* Oversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and budget tracking
* Enforce safety standards, quality control, and regulatory compliance
* Coordinate inspections, final walk-throughs, and project turnover
Requirements:
* 5+ years of PM experience in NYC ground-up residential (block & plank) construction
* Proven track record managing $20M-$200M projects to successful completion
* Strong knowledge of DOB processes, building codes, and construction sequencing for block-and-plank systems
* Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* OSHA 30 required; additional safety certifications a plus
* Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, MS Project, or Primavera
