As our portfolio continues to grow, we’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead on-site operations and drive successful project outcomes.

Role Overview:

As a Construction Superintendent , you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, oversight, and execution of commercial and medical construction projects. You’ll act as the point person on-site, ensuring that all work is completed on time, on budget, safely, and to the highest standard of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all field operations from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and field staff.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, safety regulations, and schedules.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress photos.
• Conduct site meetings, safety briefings, and quality control inspections.
• Serve as the primary on-site liaison between project management, clients, and trade partners.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized jobsite.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Proven track record in medical/healthcare construction (e.g., clinics, surgical centers, imaging suites, hospital renovations).
• Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, sequencing, and safety regulations (OSHA standards).
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Skilled in site coordination, scheduling, and managing multiple subcontractors.
• Experience working in active healthcare environments (infection control, interim life safety, etc.) is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid, MS Project).
• CPR/First Aid and OSHA 30 certifications preferred.
