At CharCharms, we’re a fast-growing lifestyle brand bringing fun, creativity, and personality to the world of water bottle accessories (and beyond ✨). We started from a TikTok video and grew into a brand now sold in major retailers nationwide. Our team thrives on fresh ideas, collaboration, and creating content that connects with our community.

We’re looking for a Content Creator who lives and breathes TikTok, Instagram Reels, and short-form storytelling. Someone who can concept, film, edit, and post content that’s not just “on trend” but just fun & viral worthy!

What You’ll Do

• Create, edit, and publish short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other platforms.
• Produce high-energy, challenge-style, game-based, and reaction-driven content similar to what you see in trending TikToks (think fun group challenges, quick cuts, props/DIY setups, and engaging “what happens next?” storytelling).
• Stay on top of TikTok trends and adapt them to fit our brand voice and products.
• Concept and execute new content ideas that drive engagement, shares, and virality.
• Collaborate with our marketing team on campaign launches, seasonal content, and retail promotions.
• Track performance of content, learn from analytics, and constantly push creative boundaries.
• Represent the CharCharms brand personality across all content.

Who You Are

• A TikTok/IG native who creates content for fun and knows what makes people stop scrolling.
• 1–3 years of experience creating engaging short-form content for a brand, creator, or yourself.
• Strong skills in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or similar).
• Confident in scripting, filming, and editing your own content.
• Comfortable on-camera and behind the camera.
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Located in the Chicagoland area and available to work in-office 3 days/week in Wheeling, IL.

What We Offer

• $55,000 – $65,000 salary range (bonuses based on performance), health& dental insurance, 401k.
