Job Description

LHH is partnering with a well-established manufacturing company that is looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement Manager to lead key initiatives, streamline operations, and strengthen Lean Six Sigma practices across the business. This role will champion and coordinate continuous improvement efforts across all departments, driving sustainable operational excellence through collaboration, training, and effective change management.Compensation for this role is $110-120k.

** Onsite 5x per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to define CI goals and priorities aligned with business strategy
• Identify and lead high-impact Six Sigma projects across functional areas
• Facilitate Kaizen events and promote Lean thinking across the organization
• Provide training and mentorship in Lean/Six Sigma methodologies
• Develop and manage systems to track project metrics and outcomes
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement through clear communication and cross-functional collaboration

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required; certified Six Sigma Black Belt strongly preferred
• 5+ years of experience leading process improvement in a manufacturing environment
• Expertise in tools such as Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen facilitation, TPM, 5S, pull systems, and continuous flow
• Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills
