Job Description

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, product/service information, billing questions, and account support.
• Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Document customer interactions, transactions, and feedback accurately in CRM or support systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments or supervisors when necessary.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure quality and compliance.
• Support sales and retention efforts by providing product knowledge and upselling services when appropriate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Associate or Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, adapt quickly, and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficient in computer applications, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office tools.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, or holidays as needed.
