About the Role:

Are you someone who thrives on helping others, loves talking to people and proactively solving issues and making their day better? We are always on the lookout for Customer Service Representatives who can deliver outstanding support, answer questions with confidence, and create a smooth, friendly experience for every customer interaction.

What You'll Do:

  • Learn and effectively apply claims processing procedures
  • Communicate professionally and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with accuracy and empathy
  • Educate participants and resolve claim issues
  • Enter benefit plan enrollments
  • Professionally de-escalate challenging participant calls
  • Work effectively with varied levels of personnel

  • Possess proficient data entry and keyboarding skills

  • Have strong computer skills and can learn new systems quickly
  • Are dependable, organized, and thrive under pressure
