Our client, a Luxury Watch Retailer, is seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join their team in NYC on a temp basis.

Job Responsibilities:

• Administer inbound and outbound custom requests.
• Understand supply chain needs to meet the needs of the market.
• Resolve any order discrepancies with cross functional teams.
• Create purchase orders and update as needed.
• Reconciliation of inbound and outbound repair shipments.
• Communicate daily with shipping and fulfillment teams.
• Verify packing lists and commercial invoices.
• Complete data entry in SAP and Microsoft Excel.
• Support Planning team by completing administration tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ year of corporate experience within Imports & Exports in the luxury space.
• Must know how to handle customs paperwork.
• Must be skilled with SAP & Excel.
• Strong organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Strong communication skills.
