Job Description

Truity Partners is supporting a manufacturer in Waukesha, WI with their search for a Data Coordinator. This is a career temp-to-hire position, with 8:00am-5:00pm hours Monday through Friday. This client offers a largely remote schedule after training (e.g. one to two days in office per month). Compensation is estimated at $24.00-$26.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Enter and update product information in ERP (e.g. item numbers, UPCs)
• Review customer orders to ensure product details are accurate and compliant
• Work with internal teams to gather necessary data and information
• Upload data to supplier and customer portals
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to sort/pull information as needed

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 3+ years of prior professional experience handling similar back-office data/order tasks
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel
• Prior ERP experience highly preferred
• Associates degree preferred, HS Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting
