Key Objectives

• Ensure accurate and timely entry of data into company databases and systems.
  
• Maintain data integrity and consistency across various platforms.
  
• Support the Food & Beverages operations by providing reliable data management assistance.
  

Responsibilities

• Enter data from various sources, including invoices, orders, and inventory reports, into company systems.
  
• Verify accuracy of entered information and correct any discrepancies.
  
• Maintain organized records and files for easy retrieval and reference.
  
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data quality and completeness.
  
• Assist in generating reports and summaries based on entered data when required.
  
• Adhere to company policies and confidentiality standards regarding sensitive information.
  
• Identify opportunities to improve data entry processes and suggest enhancements.
  

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data management is a plus.
  
• Proven experience as a data entry typist or in a similar administrative role.
  
• Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
