MA Dept of Elementary and Secondary Education Chapter 74 license in Dental Assisting and/or teaching experience preferred. Non-licensed applicants applying may be eligible for a one-year waiver to complete Preliminary License requirements providing that they can pass a CORI and fingerprint background checks have an Associate degree or higher related to the subject matter and skills to be taught possess at least four years full-time work experience related to dental assisting and possess required dental assisting certification. Cape Cod Tech located in Harwich MA offers robust hands-on technical education to high school students living in a twelve-town district. Students obtain industry certifications and credentials as well as the their high school diploma to prepare for careers and college.
