Experienced Home Staging Designer / Home Stager – Full-Time or Part-Time

Location: 1705 S 93rd Street, Seattle, WA 98108

Job Type: Full-Time (preferred) or Part-Time for the right candidate - onsite!

What You’ll Do:

· Lead home the full cycle of staging projects from the initial walkthrough to installation

· Create furniture and decor plans that align with the home’s style

· Select and style furniture, art, and accessories from our curated inventory

· Oversee junior designers and coordinate with the staging crew

· Use our inventory management system platform for planning and execution

· Occasionally assist with marketing content (project photos or short videos)

· Meet clients and write proposals using our platforms

· An AA or BA in interior design degree is a plus and you can assist with interior design projects

· Shopping for inventory as needed

· You might be asked to do other tasks that are not included in this list.

Requirement:

· MINIMUM of 2+ years of experience in home staging, interior styling, or visual merchandising

· Excellent customer service knowledge

· Strong design sense and space-planning skills

· Ability to manage staging projects independently and lead a team onsite

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills

· Reliable transportation is a must and the ability to work hands-on (staging is physical!)

· Organized and punctual

· Self-driven and a starter

· Collaborative

· Authorized to work in the US
