We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Digital Marketing Manager to enhance the credit union’s digital presence, reputation, member experience, and lead generation across all digital channels. In this role you will develop and execute digital communications strategies, manage social media platforms, create compelling email campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints. You’ll report to the VP of Online Marketing, and working closely with the Chief Marketing & Retail Officer, will be results-driven with expertise in managing brand communications, driving engagement, lead generation, and optimizing digital member experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
Three to five years relevant experience in people management , digital marketing, in either Agency or Corporate environments, with a focus on managing social media, email marketing, and digital communications.
