Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist – Social Media & Community Manager

Location: Toledo Ohio 43659 Hybrid (Onsite Tues-Thurs, Remote Mon & Fri)

Experience: 3+ years in social media management / digital marketing

About the Role:

Are you passionate about social media, community engagement, and digital marketing? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with a strong background in social media management, content creation, and community management to join our dynamic team. This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work onsite three days a week and remotely for the remainder.

As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll take ownership of day-to-day social media activities, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage agency relationships. You’ll play a key role in crafting engaging content, executing social strategies, and building meaningful connections with our audience.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage and grow our social media channels with a focus on community engagement and content calendar execution
  • Create compelling blog posts, social media content, newsletters, and marketing communications
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, customer service, and agency partners to align on campaigns and content initiatives
  • Use analytics tools to track performance, run A/B tests, and report on insights to optimize strategies
  • Support customer relations by monitoring social media channels and providing timely, professional responses
  • Manage multiple projects with strong organization, tracking timelines, assets, and deliverables

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years managing social media platforms and communities in corporate or agency environments.
  • Proven content creation and copywriting skills with SEO knowledge.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprinklr, Sprout, Netbase, Cision)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including agency partner management
  • Ability to analyze metrics, summarize insights, and contribute to strategic marketing plans
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field (MBA a plus)
  • Proficiency with presentation tools (PowerPoint) and a high attention to detail.
