Who are we looking for?

We have a strong pipeline of exciting and career-enhancing full-time and part-time assignments across the Biotech, Marketing, Fintech, Consumer Goods, Pharma and Technology sectors, and we're interested in hearing from Document Reviewers to join us and commence their LOD journey.

Overview:

  • On-site, 5 days per week in Phoenix, AZ
  • Contract Pay: $18/hour
  • Long-Term; Anticipated Duration of 6-12 months
  • Flexible Hours - 40 hours per week
  • Immediate Hiring Need

This position is open to recent graduates and entry level candidates in addition to those with document review experience.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Review all the historical records from client's storage
  • Determine which documents can be scanned and uploaded to a digital database,
  • Identify what documents can be destroyed.
  • Review and set aside original documents

To join us, you will:

  • Have at least 5 years of experience ideally gained from top or mid-tier law firms or in-house (with strong legal training)
  • Be client centric - commercially minded, adaptable and able to hit the ground running
  • Have the ability to lift and move banker boxes as needed
  • Be a team player who has the ability to multi-task
  • Possess excellent written and communication skills
  • Ensure a high level of attention to detail while handling sensitive or confidential information
